For the computer lab, you will need the example file Mintro.m and the data files handwriting.mat and handwritingx.dat.
The FDA toolbox for Matlab should already be downloaded on the lab computers. If you wish to use this at home, the toobox can be found here.
Remember that I will be teaching BTRY 615: Applied Functional Data Analysis in Fall 2008.
